If you wish to make a complaint please ask to speak with Dr Hanif or put your concerns in writing to the clinic. We will acknowledge all written complaints within 2 working days and respond within 5 working days or we will provide a written explanation as to why the response is taking longer and when you can expect a response.
You should expect a full conclusion to your complaint in writing within 21 working days. .
